February 1, 2021 Transition to Nasco Healthcare Inc.

Q: What is changing?
A: On February 1, 2021, Nasco LLC and Simulaids will change their corporate name to Nasco Healthcare Inc. We will no longer be operating under the old company names. Nasco LLC, based in Fort Atkinson, WI, was the company for all Healthcare, Nutrition, Education, and Farm products. After February 1, 2021, Nasco Healthcare (formally Simulaids in NYC) will only sell healthcare, healthcare simulation products (Simulaids/Lifeform brands) and nutrition products. Please contact Nasco Education for education products.
Q: Who do I reach out to about this company transition?
A: Nothing has changed in terms of who your current Nasco Healthcare customer service and sales representatives are. You will continue to contact your current sales representatives and customer service teams just as before. The contact name, phone numbers, and emails are exactly the same.

Q: Why the name change?
A: As of February 1, 2021, Nasco Inc. has grown and changed to be separate and individual operating companies. Once the company for farm, healthcare, education, sampling and nutrition products, there will now be individual companies. Therefore, Nasco Healthcare Inc. will now sell healthcare (Simulaids/Lifeform brands), healthcare simulation products and nutrition products. Nasco Education will sell education products and be the distributor for basic healthcare products, sampling and farm & ranch.
Q: What do I do differently if I buy both education and healthcare products?
A: As of February 1st, 2021, you will need to buy healthcare & nutrition products from Nasco Healthcare Inc. and education products from Nasco Education Inc. You will need to set up a separate account for each company. You will be invoiced separately, you will pay each company separately, and you will receive separate shipments.
Q: What if my company is tax exempted?
A: After February 1st, 2021, if you have a business in the USA and are tax exempted, please ask our customer service or sales representatives for a W-9 form from Nasco Healthcare Inc. Also, you will need to submit a PDF by email of your tax-exempt certificate. Please email your tax-exempt certificate to [email protected].
Q: What is the new formal company name and address?
A: After February 1st, 2021, the formal company name is Nasco Healthcare Inc. All forms from packing slips, invoices, billings, and account statements will be changed to reflect this information. Our head office will be located in Saugerties, New York.

We will still have a second location in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, USA, that will appear on the packing slips when shipping out from Fort Atkinson, and it will be used in product returns.

Q: I am a distributor from outside the USA, what do I need to do differently?
A: After February 1, 2021, you will need to change both the legal name & address from Nasco LLC to Nasco Healthcare Inc. and/or Nasco Education Inc. We will no longer be using the company name Simulaids or Nasco LLC after February 1, 2021. You will need to change the vendor setup, financial invoicing, and payment information within your company.
